Baking Instructions:
Before You Begin
• Keep rolls frozen until ready to prepare
• Do not bake from frozen
1. Prepare the Rolls
Remove pan from freezer.
Unwrap all cinnamon rolls and place them evenly spaced in the provided pan.
Cover with the plastic lid.
2. Proof the Rolls (Choose ONE Option)
OPTION A — Warm Oven Proofing (Faster & Preferred)
• Preheat oven to 200°F, then turn oven OFF
• Place covered pan in warm oven
• Leave for about 3½ hours, or until rolls have risen to fill the pan
OPTION B — Room Temperature Proofing (Slower)
• Place covered pan on the counter at room temperature
• Let rise 4–6+ hours, or until rolls have risen to fill the pan
• Rising time may vary depending on room temperature (if they are slow to rise, see option A to speed them up)
3. Bake
Remove pan from oven (if using Option A).
Preheat oven to 350°F. (Convection ovens use 325°F)
Bake for 15–25 minutes, until just lightly browned on top. (Bake time may vary depending on oven so watch closely)
4. Finish & Enjoy
Allow rolls to cool slightly.
Top with icing, caramel, or frosting.
Storage & Reheating
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3–4 days or wrap and freeze.
• Reheat individual rolls in the microwave for about 30 seconds
